How do you fix light scratches on linoleum?
I am staying at a friends house and noticed she had some scuff marks on her floor, trying to be a good house guest I took a sponge with a rough side and scrubbed them out, now there is a texture difference, and in the light you can tell because it either looks darker or lighter depending on where you stand. She comes home sometime tomorrow and I am freaking out. PLEASE HELP!!!
If you did not scuff away the color,you can flash spray it with a spray polyurethane,to revive the shine.Or you can buy a throw rug as sort of a kind gesture,as a "thank you" gift. She'll (or he) will never know.
